We send all UK orders with Royal Mail, DPD or Yodel (depending on the order value and parcel size/weight).
If you prefer to collect your parcel in an Argos store, just write 'Argos Click & Collect' in the "Order Instructions/Comments" field on the Checkout page.

Return and Cancellation Policy
30 day money back guarantee
We offer a 30-day return period if you change your mind. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
*Return claims should be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. Postage costs (delivery and return) are always the customer's responsibility unless we made a mistake, the item(s) has/have been clearly misrepresented or is/are faulty.
Cancellations (before the order is delivered)
We require cancellations to be requested to us before the order is dispatched, otherwise we won't be able to refund the full amount of the order.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will have to send the parcel back to us. The cost of delivery and return will be deducted from the refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from the right to cancel. These include items that are bespoke or personalised, goods likely to deteriorate rapidly, CDs, DVDs and computer software where the seal is broken. You also don't have the right to cancel intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If a product is faulty
As per the EU law, we offer a 2-year guarantee period. A solution will be decided case-by-case. This legal guarantee only applies when the item was already faulty at the time of the delivery. If necessary he fault will have to be proven either by us or by the customer (by providing an expert's certificate).

How to request a cancellation/return:

go to My Account, click on Completed Orders, then click on the Return Item(s) button and fill in the Return Form for a full refund* or replacement*.
We will reply within 2 working days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Every item that a customer returns must be securely packed with enough protection from damage it may suffer during transit. As the customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, we advise to use a signed for and tracked postage service when sending the item back to us. Purchasing shipping insurance is advisable. We cannot refund the order if the parcel is lost during the transit.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the item they purchased comes back to the seller in the same condition as it was sent originally.
Once your return/cancellation is approved by us, we will notify you by email and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be cancelled, unfortunately sale items cannot be cancelled. They might be exchanged in case of a fault already present when the item was received.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of the delivery. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. This gift certificate is valid 12 months from the date it is emailed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
