Directions: Pure Bliss can be used in 2 ways: 1. Add 1-2 pipettes of Pure Bliss to a bowl of warm/cool water (which ever you prefer) disperse well & submerge a clean sanitary pad into the solution and place against the perineum. Keep in place for up to 30 minutes. 2. Add 2-3 pipettes into a warm/cool sitz bath or pour the diluted solution over the delicate area
